First floor

The first floor consists of two apartments and was designed with soaring heights and plenty of space.
Again, everything is designed around a central living and dining area with integrated kitchen (incl. crockery and cutlery, refrigerator, microwave and induction hobs). The open roof conveys a sense of airy heights. The apartment is designed on two levels, as one of the bedrooms is located on the gallery in the living room. The second bedroom is located next to the living area. Should you be visiting with more than 4 people, these apartments have enough space to create additional sleeping opportunities. The apartment is further equipped with a spacious family bathroom including a shower and a separate guest toilet to increase the comfort. The apartment includes a private balcony.

An apartment on the first floor can be rented at the following rates:
For a duration of one night: 100€ for 4 people per night
For a duration of two night: 90€ for 4 people per night
For a duration of three nights and longer 80 € for 4 people per night

Each additional person will be charged at 10€ per night.
